4activeSystems has developed the new 4activeC2-SVT – a Small Vehicle Target designed for demanding vehicle safety and sensor tests. Building on the strengths of the established ENCAP C2 car targets, the 4activeC2-SVT features a compact and robust structure that effectively simulates small vehicles, providing a realistic challenge for next-generation detection systems. Its radar and visual properties have been carefully engineered in collaboration with leading industry experts to ensure high fidelity and reliability. With a setup time of just 2 minutes, the target is quick to deploy, minimizing downtime during testing. To further enhance realism, 4activeSystems is also working on optional light kits with functional headlights, taillights, and turn signals.
