Road accidents remain a leading cause of death for children in industrialized countries. Our focus is to make this a thing of the past. The static pedestrian child target is the static version of the PA-child. This active safety child dummy equals the size of a 6-year-old child and is being recognized by all the vital sensors, such as camera, Radar and LiDAR. It does not matter if you test parking scenarios, where it is used as a static object, or NCAP-like scenarios, where it simulates a moving target, its light weight and robust design ensures high testing efficiency.
A simple control unit and easy handling equals that of the static adult, as it is important to us to produce customer-friendly components, that safeguard fast and quick implementation.

Created jointly with more than 13 project members from leading companies within the two‑year vFSS Project, as well as the three‑year ASPECSS Project. This makes it the only fully validated static pedestrian target with extremely realistic, sensor‑relevant properties – directly confirmed by the industry.
