Bringing Real-World Testing into Simulation
Together with IPG Automotive, we are developing highly realistic digital twins of our 4active dummy targets for CarMaker. The goal: To achieve the closest possible correlation between real-world measurements and simulation results when testing camera and radar sensors. Building on decades of experience with materials, motion behavior, and sensor signature know-how, we transfer the essence of our physical test objects into the digital world. This enables developers to work with virtual targets that behave just as their real counter parts on the proving ground. With this new product line, we support our customers in creating more reliable and efficient virtual ADAS development workflows – offering precise digital twins and flexible solutions tailored to individual needs. Our digital twin approach is built to adapt naturally to different simulation ecosystems and evolving ADAS development processes.
