4activeDR-Driving Robot is an advanced computer-controlled system for dynamic ADAS and NCAP tests with vehicles on proving grounds or test tracks. It controls the vehicle by operating the steering wheel, accelerator pedal and brake pedal. The modular actuator design and flexible application software allows scenario execution with lateral motion, longitudinal motion or combination of both movements. Closed-loop, or open-loop operation modes are available, in order to perform standard and customized test procedures with robotic precision and repeatability. All system components are designed for a fast installation within 10 minutes whatever vehicle and without any modification.
